This beautiful lampshade is handmade in the Emotive Collection studio.

Please note as this is a handmade product the pattern height between lamp shades will differ.

The Desert Rose design is by Australian artist Patricia Weeks
Sturt’s Desert Rose (Gossypium Sturtianum) is the floral emblem of Northern Territory of Australia. It is perennial shrub, has a life cycle of 10 years. It is highly tolerant to draught and occurs naturally in sandy or gravelly soils along dry creek beds water courses, gorges or rocky slopes. It has been successfully grown in a soil mixture containing gravel with a trace amount of clay. Flowering time peaks around late winter. The rose is very tolerant in times of draught and grows well in areas with low rain fall.

Lampshade size recommendations:
- 15cm diameter (Size XS)
Often found on small lamp bases and nursery lamp bases
- 20cm diameter (Size S)
Found on many small table lamps and bedside table lamps.
-25cm diameter (Size S)
Found on many small table lamps and bedside table lamps
- 30cm diameter (Size M)
This size is found on many table lamps and bedside table lamps or small ceiling lamps.
- 35cm diameter (Size L)
This size is found on many large table lamps
- 40cm diameter (Size XL)
Often found on very large table lamps
- Floor lamps
40cm diameter, 45cm diameter or 50cm diameter.
(Please note that this size will have an extra seam in the fabric to allow for the right width to make the shade)
- Ceiling lamps

All our lampshades fit standard Australian, UK, European and New Zealand lamp bases.
A reducer is included. The lampshade fitting has an internal diameter of 40mm (E27) or 29mm (B22, E14) with the reducer.
On request we are also able to provide a US finial harp fitting reducer (please message us to order)

Processing time

Processing times for making our handmade lampshades is approx. 1-2 weeks. All our lampshades are made to order. Please email us before ordering if you need it before a certain date - info@emotivecollection.com.au
